On behalf of KDHWWTP, LLC, attached please find DWQ form FTSE-1007 for the
above noted wastewater treatment and disposal facility. The form and supporting data are
being submitted in an effort to reconcile existing flows in anticipation of future sewer line
extension applications.
Based on the analysis provided, the wastewater facility currently has approximately
136,727 gpd of available capacity.
