Mr. Robinson,
The Washington Regional office Aquifer Protection Section received a completed and
certified FTSE-10/07 form documenting flow capacity for the KDHWWTP facility. The
cover.letter included with the submittal package asked for DWQ concurrence with the
analysis. By way of certification of the Flow Tracking/Acceptance for Sewer
Extension Permit Applications form, further certification/concurrence by the Division
is not required prior to submittal of a sewer extension permit application. As such,
the Aquifer Protection Section is forwarding the package to the Surface Water
Protection Section to retain for any future submittals of sewer extension permit
applications.
