The Compliance Inspection was conducted by Don Burke and Allen Clark of the Washington Regional Office. During the inspection the Wastewater Treatment, High Rate Infiltration and Low Rate Reclaimed Infiltration and Irrigation Facilities described in Permit Number WQ0002829 was toured. The inspection included a walk through of the actual treatment process, infiltration ponds, spray beds, various monitoring wells, and a review of various monthly reports and logs. The facility appeared to be operating in compliance in regards to Permit Number WQ0002829 during the inspection. On site to assist with the inspection was Mr. Dan Terry and Mr. Jimmy Blevins. During the inspection the Wastewater Treatment, High Rate Infiltration and Low Rate Reclaimed Infiltration and Irrigation Facilities described in Permit Number WQ0002829 was toured. The inspection included: *a walk through of the actual treatment process, 'infiltration ponds, "spray beds, *various monitoring wells, .and a review of various monthly reports and logs. The facility is well maintained. The staff are very knowledgeable in regards to the set-up and operation of the system. The facility appeared to be operating in compliance in regards to Permit Number WQ0002829 during the inspection.
