BY THE CHAIR: By letter filed in this docket on October 22, 2002,
Outer Banks/Kinnakeet Associates, LLC (Applicant) requested an extension of time until
December 30, 2002, to file a petition for approval of a contiguous extension to provide
sewer utility service in the Kinnakeet Shores Subdivision, Phases 16 through 22.
WHEREUPON, the Chair finds good cause to grant the extension of time as
requested by the Applicant.
IT IS, THEREFORE, SO ORDERED.
