Based on my review of this plan, it is my opinion that the project is now an improvement
over the arrangement that my Site Evaluation for Water Reuse of Reclaimed Water report
dated December 7, 2000 on because of the proposed denitri_fication of the reclaimed water
that you propose. The report still applies and adequately addresses the project. Furthermore,
the denitrified reclaimed water is expected to comply with the requirements of 15A NCAC
2L.
