Attached are copies of the application for modification of the existing WQ0002284
permit. The permit was received in November, but was not entered into BIMS until
Monday, February 11 because of a program glitch associated with BIMS. The glitch
prevents an existing permit from having two actions taken on it simultaneously.
I have reviewed the permit application and requested additional information, and this
window should provide ample opportunity for both the Region and Groundwater to
complete their respective reviews. If you have any questions about the proposed system
