We (Nathan & Tonia Maddox) being joint land owners, of 6.68 acres more or less
found at 11900 Highway 19 West, do hereby offer Wesser Ruby Mine LLC (WRM
LLC) the use of our land provided WRM LLC:
1. purchases general liability insurance and names us as co-insured on the
policy and
2. Pays us rent in the amount of $2,000 a summer ($1,000 each) and
3. Pays for and maintains a security light at the business location
4. Pays for and maintains a port-a-John/port-a-potty at the business location
