subject project. The Division has determined that your application is incomplete and cannot be
processed. The application is on-hold until all mf the following information is received:
l. Please provide the most recent version of the 1:24,000 USGS Topographic Map. Please
draw Or delineate the site boundaries On the topographic map. [15ANCACO2H

2. We are unable to see the wetland area and proposed wetland impact or read the labels
on the reduced site plan provided. Please re-submit your site plans on an 11 17 inch
sized sheet.
3. Please locate all wetlands, streams, and other waters Qfthe State as overlays on the site

4. Please enumerate all wetland impacts including fill slopes On the site plan and clearly
label impacts (Wetland Impact 1, etc.). The Division recommends highlighting by
hatching or shading all impacts areas for temporary impact areas and permanent impact

5. Please provide more details regarding avoidance and minimization of wetland impacts

This Office believes that the number of parking spaces associated with the structure could
be reduced and the building arrangement and pool with decks can be moved or
reconfigured to minimize mravoid the impacts to the wetland. Please revise the plans to
avoid or minimize the impacts or provide a detailed explanation of why this plan for the

impacts to the wetland.
Pursuant to Title 15A NCAC 02H .0502(e), the applicant shall furnish all of the above requested
information for the proper consideration of the application. |f all of the requested information
is not received in writing within 30 calendar days of receipt of this letter, the Division will be
unable to approve the application and it will bereturned. The return of this project vviU
necessitate reapplication to the Division for approval, including a complete application package
and the appropriate fee.
Please respond in writing within 30 calendar days of receipt of this letter by sending three
copies of all of the above requested information to the 401 & Buffer Permitting Unit, 1617 Mail
Service Center, Raleigh, NC27699-16l7.
Please be aware that you have no authorization under the Section 401 of the Clean Water Act
for this activity and any work done within waters of the state may be a violation of North
Carolina General Statutes and Administrative Code.
