Control Ordinance have been met and the permit for land disturbing shown
above are hereby released. Please submit this letter with a copy of the
Certificate of Completion that is attached,to DEMLR via
deq.nc.gov/NCGO 1 to submit an e-NOT for closeout of your State permit.
