The purpose of this letter is to confirm our recent telephone conversation concerning Sprint Telephone
Company's desire to install a single restroom facility inside the above referenced switch station building now
located within the Village © Nags Head at 4800 South Croatan Highway, Nags Head, NC.
Based on the "low -flow" nature of the proposed bathroom, the fact that the building will not house a full-time
employee, expected random use by telephone company employees, and the switch station's close proximity to
a central sewer collection system (+/- 75 $.) you indicated:
1) - That a design flow allocation from the public sewer utility (Nags Head Village Service
Company) is not warranted;
2) That a proposed single service sewer line of this nature is considered a permitted activity by
your department and therefore requires no fiuther action on your part
