TRACT I: BEGINNING at an iron stake in a fence, a comer with a tract or parcel now or
previously owned by J.F. Jackson, and runs thence along the dividing line with Jackson parcel;
South 84 degrees 50 feet East 184.5 feet crossing another iron stake to the centerline of the ,
Pavement of US Highway 421; thence with the centerline of that Highway, South 15 degrees 45
feet Easf 216.0 feet to a point; thence North 84 degrees 50 feet West 259.5 feet crossing an iron
stake to an iron stake in the old line and fence with the aforesaid J.F. Jackson tract; thence again
with the Jackson line and the fence, North 03 degrees 30 feet East 195.0 fee to the Point of
Beginning, containing one (1) acre, more or less; and being that same lot or parcel of land
conveyed to Robert F. Jackson and wife by deed dated November 15, 1068 and recorded in Deed

beginning comer further being the southwestern comer of the Robert F. Jackson and wife, Betty
