The engineers for the above referenced project have changed this
system from a low pressure pipe disposal field to a rotary distributor type of
system. The flow design has also been reduced to 0.05 MGD. We have reviewed
the plans and have no objections to issuance of a permit if the conditions
outlined in my original (Sept. 30, 1987) memo to you are included. I have
attached that memo for your use. In fact the revised application shows monitor
wells in nearly the same locations I suggested.
