The region staff has performed an on -site visit and a review of the
plans and data for the above project. We have no objections to issuance
of a Non -Discharge permit provided that:
1. Four (4) monitor wells are constructed fifty (50) feet inside of the
property lines on the north, east, and west sides, with the south
side well located approximately 150 feet from the disposal field.
Wells should be centered on the north -south and east -west axis.
2. The wells shall be sampled initially after construction, then every
March, July, and November thereafter. Analyses shall include:
Water Levels (prior to sampling) pH
Nitrates Total Organic Carbons
Total Ammonia Chlorides
Total Dissolved Solids .
Total Coliforms
3. Any other groundwater monitoring deemed necessary by the department.
