This memo is written to update my recommendation of November 25, 1987. This
Region feels that sludge disposal with septic tank holders to sites permitted by
the Division of Human Resources is no longer acceptable. Therefore, it is
recommended the following condition be placed in the Kinnakeet Shores permit:
7. The permit holder shall submit an application for a sludge
disposal permit to the Division of Environmental Management
within six (6) months -of the date of issuance of this permit.
The permit holder shall have the sludge disposal system in
place and operational within twelve (12) months of the date
of issuance of this permit.
