Comments: Lab results were received on July 25,2023.Outfall 002 exceeded benchmark
parameter for TSS.Tier One response actions have begun.Stormwater
investigation was performed on 8/2/2023 and documentation filed with the SWPPP.
Initial actions include adding haybales to the edge of the roadway that is closest to
the ditch leading to the outfall,adding rip rap to ditch,and performing qualitative
analysis for the 3 inlets to the ditch area to identify if further BMP's are needed.This
letter and attached DMR will serve as the exceedance notification per Table 3 in
Condition E-6.
