The purpose of the Louise Avenue Capital Improvement Project (CIP) is to alleviate flooding and enhance
degraded stream segments within the Study Area. The existing storm drainage infrastructure is aging, in
disrepair and insufficient for conveying design storm flows.
NOTE: This PCN upload does NOT have the Impact Plans (Appendix E) included due to the plan file size.
Currently have a voicemail out to Sheri Montalvo to determine if another avenue exists to submitting the plans.
