Inspection Summary:
Rick Sasser, the adjacent land owner wanted to check that all was still in compliance as he has noticed that it has been
since 2017 that he has checked in on the operation's progress. Also, since it has been reported that construction debris has
been buried at the site.
I did not see that any mine dewatering has occured, nor did I see that demolition materials have been buried at the site.
I recommend that this permit be issued as requested by the applicant.
