I did not see anything in permit conditions for 2519A noting that an additional permit would be needed for repair work.
Lori mentioned during the Tuesday site visit that you would send an email requesting a closeout letter for sites we
visited in the field. Just wanted to make sure that was the case. Could you please send it directly to me and just CC our
regional staff, thanks.

Please see the attached remediation plan sheet and profile for the UT to Plum Branch Site #32 stream mitigation
site on the R-2519A project for your review. I've also included the detail sheet for the proposed constructed riffle as
well as listed the projected quantities below that are needed to make the repairs. Also to complete the repairs a pump
around operation will be required but I know that was previously included in the construction contract. I'm pretty sure
this repair work would be covered under the existing permit but can you guys verify that for me? Thanks and please let
me know if you have any questions or if we can be of further assistance.
