Wednesday July 19th is when he drove skidsteer inside the Buffer zone to remove a tree top from Bath Creek ; he did disturb the area where he turned around. I misunderstood Mr. Slade when he called me on July 3rd to tell me that you had agreed to the submittal of the walkway to the dock, but the driveway encroachment was denied - this was a misunderstanding on my part that I could proceed with the walkway or I never would have poured the walkway. Wednesday Jul 19, 2023 Around 5:30, the guys on the job said there was a heavy downpour of rain - 3.5" in 1 hour - this is what breached the silt fence and this was mended on Thursday afternoon ( 7/20) and Friday morning. After receiving a call from Mr. Slade on Friday morning 7/21/23 - ; I instructed worker not to drive anything else on the backside (waterside) of the property. At that time; All was hand raked and seeded with grass seed on the back side and left & right of the house. I instructed Mr. Slade to put sod down ASAP. Absolutely no active construction is currently being done on the backside - it is ready for sod. I will monitor the silt fence to ensure it stays intact. All was abated the morning of 7/21/23. Sincerely, Ronnie Roberts
