Comment: I met with Amy Euliss, and other DOT staff to review sediment loss clean up approximately 1200 feet
downstream of Site 2. The channel was free of sediment. A new 3 tiered erosion control measure was
installed to manage future stormwater runoff until road grading was completed and piping installed.
