erosion control surety, a check for$4,500.00 to you.
Permanent ground cover sufficient to restrain erosion has been established. No additional self-monitoring or self-
inspections are required. Project is released.Termination of coverage under the NPDES General Stormwater Permit for
Construction Activities should be requested by the permittee via a Notice of Termination.
