Explanation After talking with Lily Kay,ASHE-2020-005 was the correct E&SC ID#.There was a
type in the eNOI and the E&SC approval letter.
The project has been closed out.Attached is the signed NOT form as well as the
Sedimentation/Construction Stormwater Report.
