regulations promulgated and adopted by the North Carolina Environmental Management Commission, and
the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, as amended,

to receiving waters designated as Town Creek, class C waters in the Yadkin River Basin(s), in accordance
with the effluent limitations, monitoring requirements, and other conditions set forth in N.C. General Permit
No. NCG070000, issued on 5/30/2023 and effective on 6/1/2023.
This Certificate of Coverage shall become effective on 6/22/2023.
This Certificate of Coverage shall remain in effect for the duration of the General Permit.
