Brittany, Thank you for adding the outfalls 004 and 005 to the Permit Summary.John Deere noticed two items that may need to be changed; 1. The Facility Name is listed as "John Deere Kernersville, LLC—West Campus". Now that the COC covers all campuses and PR230 it appears that "West Campus" should be deleted. 2. Outfall No. 004 lists the Basin as "Roanoke"; the Waterbody Name as "Belews Creek(Kernersville Lake); and the Waterbody Classification as "WS-IV;CA".John Deere's records indicate that the Basin is "Yadkin Pee Dee"; the Waterbody Name is "Salem Lake"; and the Waterbody Classification is "WS-111". Please let us know if you agree with these changes. Thank you for your help! Regards, Jim Laughlin, P.E. Principal RTP Environmental Associates, Inc. (704) 996-1510 Sent from Mail for Windows i
