1. 1 will be the GC on this property and building as the home owner so I do not think you will need this

2. Attached is the drawing showing rip rap and dock request L48 Shoreline Rip Rap
3. We will not cross the 30 foot buffer on any building, I know the drawings are a little rough
4. Attached are other surveys etc you may need
5. Attache are some pics for you to review. We have had the surveyor mark off the 5o buffer plus to
obtain our septic and well permits which have been approved by the county
6. Plus attached is the plat report showing this land was done in 1966 way before 2001 and Catawba was
consulted about this as well.1-48 Platt Book 13 pic.
