Good morning, Robert.
My apologies for the delayed response.
According to the engineer, the site is very flat and, in order to minimize & balance earthwork and meet local
and state stormwater requirements, the surface areas of the stormwater wet ponds results in what is shown on
the plan. The Phase 2 area (Parcel C) totals 4.05 acres, and the Phase 1 total area is 3.24 acres. They are
trying to maximize the amount of developable area on Parcel C in conjunction with allocating appropriate
stormwater management. The two yellow highlighted areas on the attached will need to be configured as SCM
area to accommodate the intended development area on Parcel C. These areas sum to the total surface area
that was originally proposed for the Phase 2 stormwater pond.
Hope that helps.

Dana, can you help me understand the rules that dictated the design change for the local parking and
stormwater requirements. Whom is driving this? Can the SCM that is in this block be minimized to reduce the
impact of the wetland. It appears the SCM is oversized compared to the other SCM that serves the other
development. It also appears that the parking and stormwater requirements did not change for buildings G, B,
A, C and D.
Please help me understand why the changes are required.
Thanks!
Robert
but due to local parking and stormwater requirements was unable to avoid and/or minimize the impact with the final design.

Hi, Robert.
That is a stormwater pond, to the west of Future Bldg. E and F, but I notice it isn't labeled that way. Do you
need me to update the plan?

Dana, reviewing your project and do not understand why the buildings and parking could not be shifted to the
west. Can you give me a better understanding?
