Hi Zach,
I understand that our consultant, Hazen & Sawyer, has been working with
you on the permitting for the 210 WWTF Effluent FM and Dechlorination
Facility. They had provided me with the information to investigate buffer
credit purchasing. The credits are finally available. Please see the
document attached from the mitigation bank and provide the information
they need to finalize the purchase.
Please let us know if you need anything further from us to proceed. I have
copied Charles Pender from our office as he has a better understanding of
this process than I do and has walked the site for 401/404 compliance. I
am just working to keep our project on track.
