I am trying to get the permit out the door for H&C Farm. Looking at the address on the application, I recall that when I
sent the Add -Info request to that address it was returned.
The address on the application is:
1240 Cabin Museum Rd, Turkey
The address we have in our system for billing is:
455 Hudson Rd, Turkey
We also have the following address in our system for Mr. Hudson:
4901 Old Warsaw Rd, Turkey
I tried to call Mr. Hudson at the only number I have 910-533-3020, but the number didn't work "call cannot be
completed as dialed".
DWR needs to have current/correct address and contact information.
