Art and Jim:
It's up to the Region if you want to perform a site visit. We have them submit the Notifications two weeks prior to
injection so that we (Central and Regional Offices) have the chance to look over the Notification to see if there are any
issues. I just review the. Notification for completeness and to see if the injectants are approved.
I reviewed this particular Notification and was ok with the content and the proposed injectant.

If I read the processing instructions correctly, we just need to let Eric know if a visit to the site is needed. I would think
we should have a view, of the site unless you are already familiar with the area. Either way, I'll leave that up to you and
Eric to determine.
