Concord, North Carolina 28027 2014 Semi -Annual Stormwater Discharge Monitoring Report Certificate of Coverage No. NCG060352 Please find enclosed the two copies of the 2014 Semi -Annual Stormwater Discharge Monitoring Report for the S&D Coffee, Inc. (S&D) facility at 300 Concord Parkway S., Concord, North Carolina 28027. There were no rainfall events this period that met the requirements/procedures for sampling due to normal operating hours, previous events being too recent to current event (72 hours), no discharge, or safety of personnel sampling during event. We hope to have an event meeting requirements during second half of this year for submittal.
