The Division has determined that your application is incomplete and cannot be processed. The application is on -hold until all of the following information is received: 1. Need More Fee A review of the Pre - Construction Notification (PCN) Form indicates this application is for _150_ linear feet of stream and-1.48— acres of wetlands impacts. Pursuant to 143- 215.31) (e), a $570 permitting fee is required to process this application. Check # 12140 was applied; however, the remaining balance to remit is $330. Please remit a check to DENR -DWR, 401 & Buffer Permitting Unit, 1617 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, NC 27699- 1617. 2. Pursuant to 15A NCAC 02H .0502(f) the application form must be signed by the owner or the owner's agent. If an agent of the owner signs the application form, an agent authorization form must also be included. Please submit four (4) copies of this documentation. Pursuant to Title 15A NCAC 02H .0502(e), the applicant shall furnish all of the above requested information for the proper consideration of the application. If all of the requested information is not received in writing at the address below within 30 calendar days of receipt of this letter, the Division will be unable to process the application and it will be returned.
