Avoidance and Minimization la Specifically describe measures taken to avoid or minimize the proposed impacts in designing project S &EC completed a wetland delineation and Neuse River Buffer evaluation for the entire property in order to identify natural resources so that impacts could be avoided & minimized to the maximum extent practicable Impact #4 is a proposed sanitary sewer crossing This impact is necessary to connect and provide sanitary sewer to the proposed subdivision Proposed impacts include 30 linear feet of temporary stream impact and associated riparian buffer impacts.
