We are now reviewing your plan that we received on June 23, 2015 and have some comments and questions.
The front page of all three paper copies we received have identical 1.5" smudges on the lower right -hand
side. Your response to #1 has a smudge after "orifice" that makes the meaning of your statement unclear.
Please provide us with a front page that is not smudged so we can tell what your statement says. To save you
time, you can send that page electronically and I will print copies here.

3. Apdfof the letter is attached and does not have any smudges, and | can only assume it happened inthe
Postal System.

S. Your response to#1 indicates that "The barrel is4" and the orifice 1/S" " VVe assume that isa typo onthe
1/S^ and can only guess that the smudged area covers a^1^
6. Yes a typing error. The sentence before the error states "The size of the orifice is 1,5" as shown on the
Sheet 8 and 9. The next sentence shows the typing area and it should read '^l.5" instead 0f'^l/5"

O. You stated in the top paragraph of the second page that "The equation in the manual for the volume of runoff to
be treated does not agree with the NCAC referenced code." Please indicate which equation in the Manual is
inconsistent with the code. The code reference you provided "Section 15ANCAC 02.41.1017(13)" is not valid
code number and vxe could find nothing similar. VVe want to correct any inaccuracies and would appreciate you
helping us determine where it is located.

volume in the retention area exceeds both methods.
