This submittal serves as the Pre -Filing Meeting Request for the subject project, located off of Sunset Lake Road in Apex,
in Wake County. Three Oaks is working as a consultant to the Town of Apex (see attached agency authorization form).
The proposed project will result in impacts to surface waters in the Neuse River Basin. A permit was originally issued for
this project in 2021 (DWR # 20190225 v2); however, the authorization has since expired and no construction has started
on the project. Therefore, an application will be re -submitted in the near future.
Please let us know if there is any more information that is needed at this time.
