Please see below for a loss reported for DC00338 (Makatoka) in Brunswick County. I have reached
out to the inspector to see if they have cleaned up the losses. I will update when I get word back.

I'm here to report that DC00338 (Makatoka) after being hit with 1.7" of rain from last night we have
experienced some losses and erosion control issues. Note: this project is complete and waiting for
80% vegetation for acceptance. These are the same reoccurring areas that I have been reporting.
Tara Group has been quick on retrieving these losses each time this happens but no still no
permanent fixes. (Le. Seeding & Matting) Tim Arnette with Tara Group has been notified today and
asked to retrieve loss material ASAP.
