Jamey, Please find attached the MY1 credit release letter for the RES French Broad 05 Umbrella Mitigation Bank: Dead Oak Mitigation Site (SAW-2018-00095). As requested, 10% of restoration and enhancement credit is being released for satisfying the release requirements pursuant to the Mitigation Banking Instrument (UMBI) entitled, Agreement to Establish the RES French Broad 05 Umbrella Mitigation Bank, approved June 19, 2019 and the site -specific Dead Oak Final Mitigation Plan dated September 2020. In accordance with the plan, an additional 659.9 cool stream mitigation units are now available for the Dead Oak Mitigation Site. Make sure IRT comments are addressed and updates provided to the IRT in the following monitoring reports. Please note that this electronic copy provided to you via email is your official copy.
