I have reviewed the information sent to me about the Pinnacle View Townhomes project,
which proposes to culvert 175 ft of an unnamed tributary to Sweeten Creek in Buncombe
County.
The project should not impact wild trout and a trout moratorium is not needed for this
project. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to review this project.
