Blacksmith Run WWTP

Dear Daniel,

This letter is in response to your July 7, 2022 letter to Vista Developers, LLC for
Blacksmith Run WWTP attached.

Per your letter there we exceeded the daily maximum limit for fecal coliform on 5/10/22
with a 991#/100ml and on 5/18/22 with a 6,000 mg/L over the 400 mg/L limit.

The fecal exceedances were due to one side of the aeration diffusers were not working
and beyond repair. We had to replace five (5) diffuser drops on one side of the WWTP.
This work was completed in May and fully compliant the last week of May.

We collected an additional sample the last week of the month to ensure our monthly
average was compliant.
