I tried the link and got the login screen below. I unsuccessfully tried my personal NCID, business NCID, and the Laserfiche public login. I went to Laserfiche, but oddly enough, it was blank after 20230893. If it is easier, you can upload the pdf here. Jennifer, Good afternoon. The PCN application forthis project is under review and comments have been attached to the site plans located here: https://edocs.deg.nc.gov/laserfiche/DocView.aspx? repo=WaterResources&docid=2895209. Please let me know if you are unable to open or view them. Below are questions regarding avoidance and minimization (A&M) efforts for the proposed stream impacts on the project. -No temporary impacts are proposed at two separate culvert installations, please discuss. -On page 26, the project begins at Mounting Rock Road and a jurisdictional stream is located to the west in close proximity. What avoidance measures are proposed in this area to minimize impacts to the downgradient stream feature during construction? Additional (A&M) info requested: -Page 33, Stream Impact 9 and 10- culvert and permanent rip -rap fill placement along the stream bank. -Page 39- Stream Impact 512- permanent rip -rap apron at 37 ton. -Page 41- Stream Impact 515- rip -rap apron location and topography in close proximity to Sugar Creek. Let me know what questions you have or additional support I can provide.
