Signature: Date: G FORM: FTA 06-211 Page 5 of 5 Summary of proposed modification to permit: 1. The previously proposed and permitted pump station with triplex suction lift pumps has been revised to be a duplex submersible type pump station. This change has resulted from the updated influent sewer line being deeper than originally considered in the design. The increased depth of the influent line created a suction lift condition that exceeded the capabilities of the previously designed pumps. The design flow of the station remains unchanged from the current permitted design.
