Apologies. That dredge disposal form was old. Attached is the correct one for the Bywater project.
Please note the names are the same because Randy Keith is an owner of both Waterside Docks &
Piers AND Waterside Bar/Grill/Marina at 7774 Husdon Chapel.
Also attached is the county GIS for the disposal site, as well as a plat with the spoilage disposal
locations circled.

Britt,
In the Shoreline Stabilization application, it states — "Material removed by cargo barges and disposed
at an approved commercial site." The dredge form needs to be completed by the site at which you
are taking the dredge material to. I will also need to information requested at the bottom of the
form.
Along with form, please provide:
Aerial of parcel/lot (County GIS)
Photo of proposed spoil site
Identified proposed spoil site
