Larry daw of UPIC emalled Scott Vinson of DEQ on July 19, 2023 regarding results of groundwater sampling. Ten years of quarterly sampling
document that pH values below 6.5 standard units are typical in groundwater at this facility. Unless I am directed otherwise by DEQ,1 will no longer
report low pH values as exceeding standards.
