are the red house.

5. Describe the existing land use or condition of the site at the time of this application:
Residential, single family home, shoreline stabilized previously id# 20190164. Dock currently in shallow water.
Residential, undeveloped, etc.

7. Describe proposed work (include discussion as to how hardening of shoreline has been avoided, or
why it is necessary):
I plan to dredge just under 0.1 acres of my waterfront, all properly sloped 3:1, which includes no more than 10' around my 28'x28'
dock and a 10' wide channel 180' long to deep water.
See the drawings attached, I plan to dredge no more than 3 feet deep so the total volume is about 356 yards of material.
I will pump the spoils into a 21'x60'x6' deep area in my side yard that is well outside of the 50' buffer.

There will be a 6" HDPE pipe laying on the grass from the water to the spoils area for the duration of the dredge. I will move the
pipe frequently so the grass underneath will not die.

Once the application has been accepted. You will need to send a corresponding fee in with the appropriate DWR#. The
application fee is as follows (pursuant to G.S. 143-215.3D):
o $240.00 for impacts to lake (below normal water level) of less than 1 acre
o $570.00 for impacts to lake (below normal water level) of greater or equal to 1 acre
