Comment: Reviewed NPDES records followinq a construciton meetinq. Rainfall is beinq monitored, inspections are
beinq conducted and the records are documentinq any routine or urqent matters that need to be
addressed. I discussed with Keith Vess that there were a few entries that were not followed-up on at a
few stations. He said the issues were resolved in the field but staff neqlected to make the entries into the
records.
