Heath Closeout Follow -up
Hey Melonie,
Thank you for taking me to visit the Heath Riparian Restoration Project in Craven County on June 30 (DWR# 2010-
0691). Below is a follow -up on remaining items or edits to the DMS Closeout Report prior to DWR sending the Closeout
Letter:
• As discussed onsite, this site will be closed out for DMS to use for Nutrient Offset (Nitrogen only). Therefore, the
asset table needs to include how many Nitrogen Nutrient Offset pounds DMS will acquire.
• Revise the Applicable Rule on the memo of the report to be 15A NCAC 02B.0240 (Nutrient Offset Payments)
• I stated onsite that it would be helpful to have a copy of the DENR Stewardship Acceptance letter for the site.
Once I have received the edits indicated above, DWR will issue a Closeout Letter for this project.
