Per comments received during the recent 4C Agency Review Meeting for the subject project and follow up conversations
with Roadway, Hydraulics and Division 11, please find attached for your review and approval a revised culvert alignment
for the proposed crossing of Old Field Creek. The proposed realignment is the result of Division's request to avoid

impacts to Ira Jordan Rd., Keith St., and several Gravel Drives off of each of these roads. This realignment does not
address the noted concern about splitting flows at this crossing that is being investigated and will be addressed
independent of this request.
In comparison, this proposed realignment will have an additional 33LF of Permanent Stream Impacts and a reduction of
45LF of Temporary Stream Impacts. This realignment also achieves Division 11's request not to impact these existing
Non-State System roadways. While we understand that most it not all will be working a short week next week, we
would greatly appreciate your questions, comments or approvals by next Thursday, July 2, 2015. Thank you and please
