As NCDEQ Division of Water Resources begins to work toward renewing the
Industrial Wastewater Permit for Befesa I had a couple of questions.
1. First, is the facility still operating and planning on continuing operations in the
foreseeable future?
2. Second, are you the appropriate contact for all official communications?
3. And is the information below the correct mailing address for all correspondence
and/or communications?

For informational purposes, I am asking because our regional office recently sent
some follow-up information to Befesa and the letter came back marked "no forwarding
address" and thus we are a little confused. If the facility has closed down there are
various procedures and paperwork to complete before complete closure can be
accomplished.
