Dear Mr. Raper:
On June 28, 2023, the Division received a request from the Town of Siler City to extend the deadline
for the Scheduled Activity, "Complete construction of WTP Pretreatment Improvements", due to
contractor equipment delays. This Scheduled Activity was originally due to be completed by July 31,
2023. Upon reviewing the request and additional documentation, the Division has agreed to grant a 90-
day deadline extension for this Scheduled Activity. The new due date is October 29, 2023.
