Tamara,
Your application for shoreline stabilization is incomplete.
An executed Agent Authorizations form was not included which you know is required on all
projects where you are acting as the agent for the owner.
You also state that you are using long reach excavator and barge, however, you show an
access road. If you are doing the work by Barge Only, please do not include an access road in
future projects. That access road drawn on your sketch shows me that you potentially have
disturbance to the buffer area.
You will need to electronically update this application. Please follow the link below to our
'Supplemental Information Form'. Your project type will be "More Information Response" and
fill out the form including your Existing ID # which will be the DWR # for that project. If you
