WITNESSETH THAT
Grantor, for one dollar and other valuable consideration, hereby acknowledged as paid and received, has bargained
and sold, and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell and convey to Grantee, its successors and assigns, the
perpetual right, easement and privilege to build, construct, lay, install, maintain and operate water, sanitary sewer
and/or storm sewer, fiber optic conduit (any or all) lines, with such pipes, drains, connections, manholes, and other
,attachments, equipment and accessories necessary or desirable in connection therewith, to have full ingress and
egress, thereto, and therefrom, over adjoining lalads, of Grantor, to patrol-, inspect, alter, improve, repair, relocate,
remove, and replace any or all of such lines, pipes, drains, connections, ,Manholes, and other attachments,
equipment and accessories, to keep clear all trees, undergrowth and other encroachments .located within ten feet
(unless otherwise specified below) of said dines .and equipment and to bgve all rights and privileges necessary or
convenient for the full enjoyment or -use of ;this ,easement, in, on, under, over, through and across certain land

The following described easement 'ties within that certain parcel of land Jocated on the north and south

Deed of Record Auly recorded in Deed Book 3675, Page 134 of the Cumberland County, North Carolina

Beginning at a tie point on the eastern margin of Waldo's Beach Road (NCSR 1113) said point also being
the southwest corner of the tract of which this is a part; thence along the eastern 4,=gin of said.right,of`
way .of Waldo's Beach Road N. 01 °45' 16" E. a tie distance of 165.33 =feet to ,the: centerline of a 50-foot
easement described herein .as Easement No. 2; "thence continuing ;long :the eastern right-of-way of

Beginning at a tie point on the eastern margin of Waldo's Beach Road (NCSR 1113) said point also being
the southeast corner of the tract of which this is a part; thence along the eastern margin of said right-of-
way of Waldo's Beach Road N. 01'45' 16" E. 165.33 feet to a point of beginning; thence with said point
of beginning S. 84°36'27" E., 165.33 feet to a point; thence continuing along centerline of the easement
herein described Easement No. 2, S. 84°36'27" E. 1,376.58 feet to the point and termination of said
easement and being the centerline description of a 50-foot wide permanent utility easement a shown in
greater detail on the attached copy of PWC Drawing AS-13118 labeled "Exhibit A."
Also granted is the right to extend relocate or adjust the said utilities stated hereinabove within Grantor's
property as future development of Grantor's property may necessitate.
